Every Shadow Fleet pack is designed and sewn by hand in Bozeman, Montana. Because we don’t rely on mass production, we’re able to build packs that fit your needs instead of forcing you into a standard template.

Customization can include fabric and color choices, pocket layouts, closures, and functional features tailored to how you use your pack—whether that’s in the mountains, around town, or somewhere in between.

You work directly with the maker building your pack. No automated processes, no middlemen—just thoughtful design decisions made by someone who understands materials, construction, and real-world use.

The result is a pack built for your life, your environment, and your style—without compromising durability or function.
